This notice explains how FINDMAG and 宁波超趣贸易有限公司 (NingBoChaoQuMaoYiYouXianGongSi) handle personal information submitted through this B2B website. It is a staging draft and requires legal review before production launch.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we may collect:
- Your name, business email, country, and optional company and WhatsApp or phone details.
- Product category, application, material, dimensions, quantity, target date, drawing-reference URL, and message.
- The page and campaign that led to the inquiry.
- Consent confirmation and limited technical or anti-abuse information needed to protect the form.
- Later correspondence and records connected with a quotation, sample, order, or customer relationship.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, export-controlled drawings, medical information, or other sensitive information through the public form.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to:
- Review and respond to your product or project request.
- Clarify specifications, prepare a quotation, and communicate about samples or orders.
- Protect the website and inquiry service from misuse.
- Keep business records and meet applicable legal, tax, warranty, or contractual obligations.
Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. If marketing communication is introduced later, it will use a separate choice where required.
Service providers and disclosure
Inquiry email is currently received through Microsoft Outlook. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited browser and device information when its anti-abuse widget is enabled. Hosting and transactional-email providers must be named here before production if they process personal information.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers acting for us, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary and permitted or required by law.
Providers may process data in countries other than yours. Applicable transfer safeguards must be reviewed before production launch.
Retention
The current proposed retention schedule is:
- Inquiries that do not become customer records: up to 24 months after the last interaction.
- Security and anti-abuse logs: up to 90 days, unless an incident requires longer preservation.
- Customer, order, tax, warranty, or legal records: for the period required by the applicable obligation.
- Marketing records, if introduced: until consent is withdrawn or the record is no longer needed.
These periods are policy defaults and remain subject to legal review and any required preservation hold.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect inquiry data. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not use the public form for confidential drawings; provide only an HTTPS reference URL and arrange a controlled transfer method during follow-up.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of your personal information, and to complain to a regulator. Some requests may be limited by legal or contractual recordkeeping duties.

Children
