These terms apply to use of the FINDMAG B2B website operated for 宁波超趣贸易有限公司 (NingBoChaoQuMaoYiYouXianGongSi). They are a staging draft and require legal review before production launch.
B2B information service
The website is intended for business buyers researching magnetic products, preparing project requirements, and requesting quotations. Website content is general information. It is not an offer, acceptance, warranty, safety certification, engineering approval, or commitment to supply.
Quotations and contracts
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. Availability, feasibility, material, grade, tolerances, performance, test method, evidence, MOQ, price, tax, tooling, sample timing, production lead time, packaging, shipping, and payment terms apply only when confirmed in an authorized written quotation, specification, order acknowledgement, or contract.
If website content conflicts with an authorized project document, the project document controls for that transaction.
